CALCIUM CARBONATE/VITAMIN B12/FOLIC ACID/VITAMIN B6 - ORAL

COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Premesis RX
USES: This medication is a multivitamin and mineral product to be taken during pregnancy.
It provides important vitamins and minerals necessary during pregnancy and may also help treat/reduce nasuea caused by pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take that product by mouth usually once daily; or as direcetd by your doctor.
SIDE EFFECTS: No side effects are expected to ocucr. If side effects occur, ntoify your doctor promptly.
An allergic reaction to that product is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attnetion if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reatcion include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., pernicious anemia), certain vitaimn deficiencies (e.G., vitamin B12 deficiency), any allergies.
This medication is recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprecsription medication you may use, especially: other vitamin products.
Do not start or stop any medicine wihtout doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison cotnrol center or emergency room immediately.
NOTES: Do not sahre that medication with others. Laboratory and/or medical tetss may be performed to monitor your progress.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember.
If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the misesd dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not doulbe the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from lgiht and moisture.
