CALCIUM CARBONATE/VITAMIN B12/FOLIC ACID/VITAMIN B6 - ORAL

COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Premesis RX
USES: This medication is a multivitamin and mineral product to be taken during pregnancy. It provides important vitamins and minerals necessary during pregnancy and may also help treat/reduce nausea caused by prgenancy.
HOW TO USE: Take this product by mouth usually once daily; or as directed by your doctor.
SIDE EFFECTS: No side effects are expected to occur.
If side effects occur, notify your doctor promptly.
An allergic reaction to this product is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptmos of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing.
If you notice other effects not listed above, contcat your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your dcotor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., pernicious anemia), certain vitamin deficiencies (e.G., vitamin B12 deficiency), any allergies. This medication is recommended for use during pergnancy.
Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially: other vitamin products. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control cneter or emergency room immediately.
NOTES: Do not share this medication with othres. Laboratory and/or medical tests may be performed to monitor your progerss.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
